Pancake Breakfast Organization

Times:

  • Arrive at 8AM to prepare
  • Serving between 9AM and 11:45AM
  • Cool down and Clear-up until 12:30PM

Start of year:

  • Check BBQ, clean
  • Refill gas containers
  • Annual inventory (eg salt, bags, dish soap, coffee, tea, paper towels, sanitizers)
  • Assorted change in cash box

Each breakfast (30 served):

  • At least 1.3 kg Pancake mix
  • 1 Mixed frozen fruit bag
  • 1 container Fresh fruit
  • 1 Can Whipped cream
  • OJ
  • 90 Sausages
  • 60 Eggs

Roles:

  • Communications: social media and email reminder re breakfast
  • Two cooks
  • One cash-handler
  • One general organizer
  • (Two needed for clean up)
