Times:
- Arrive at 8AM to prepare
- Serving between 9AM and 11:45AM
- Cool down and Clear-up until 12:30PM
Start of year:
- Check BBQ, clean
- Refill gas containers
- Annual inventory (eg salt, bags, dish soap, coffee, tea, paper towels, sanitizers)
- Assorted change in cash box
Each breakfast (30 served):
- At least 1.3 kg Pancake mix
- 1 Mixed frozen fruit bag
- 1 container Fresh fruit
- 1 Can Whipped cream
- OJ
- 90 Sausages
- 60 Eggs
Roles:
- Communications: social media and email reminder re breakfast
- Two cooks
- One cash-handler
- One general organizer
- (Two needed for clean up)
